If you believe the server has been corrupted (by you or someone else), just let us know and we will re-launch a fresh instance.

This is a shared test server, so make a copy of TestData before running the tests:

    cp -R TestData SomeNewDirectory
    cd SomeNewDirectory/CohortPipeline
    ./run_runCohort.sh
